Connecting Commented with Zapier: A Step-by-Step Guide

To begin using Commented with Zapier, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Access Zapier

If you haven't already, sign up for accounts on both Commented and Zapier.

Step 2: Create a Zap

1. Log in to Zapier:

Once logged in, click on the "Create" button and then “New Zap” button in your Zapier dashboard.

2. Choose a Trigger App:

Select a trigger app that will initiate the workflow. For example, you can choose "New Comment Added" in Commented as the trigger.

3. Set Up the Trigger:

Select the workspace and project you want Zap to trigger. Configure the trigger settings according to your preferences.

4. Connect Your Commented Account:

Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Commented account to Zapier.

5. Choose Your Trigger Workspace and Project:

Select which workspace and project will trigger the Zap and click Continue. In this step connecting will be tested.

6. Select Test Records:

You need to select one of the records to test connection and click “Continue with selected record”

7. Choose an Action App:

Select the app where you want the action to take place. This could be another collaboration tool, a project management app, or any other supported app on Zapier.

8. Connect Your Action App:

Connect your account for the selected action app and set up the action details.

9. Test Your Zap:
